In my personal life I do my best to give back to the community. I coached 2 sports at a local high school. I also love competing in off-road triathlons. I am a professional triathlete and compete in a handful of world class events every year. I am driven, set goals, and will stop at nothing to get them done.

Much like I strive to achieve my own goals, it brings me even greater joy to help others achieve theirs! It is on these fundamentals that I operate my business. Paul Bringhurst has worked in commercial real estate since 2014 with Reef Capital Partners, a Utah based private financial firm. As part of this group, he has developed several projects that include condominiums, apartments, single-family subdivisions, and is currently involved in a new resort hotel. He has also directed the underwriting and acquisition of a small portfolio of office buildings in the Chicago submarkets and southern Utah.

Paul began his career as a design consultant, and worked for both local and international engineering firms where he became the Land Development Department Head at Stantec Consulting's Salt Lake City office in 2007. After a 10-year career in civil design and land planning, he joined Salt Lake County as a municipal planner and later managed the Redevelopment Agency’s operations and redevelopment projects.

Mr. Bringhurst holds multiple degrees, including an AAS in Engineering Design, a BS in Urban Planning, and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. He holds an active Utah Real Estate License and is a Certified Urban Planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners.- Paul

Hi, I’m Tyler Jensen. I currently live in Salt Lake County, UT, only a 30-40 minute commute from every major military installation in the state of Utah. I’ve served in the Utah Army National Guard since 2007. My military service consists of 4 years of part time status and 10 years of active duty status. In 2020, I served a tour in Afghanistan with the 4ID.
